Hashim, Anya and Laura are in a team of 3 to complete a Christmas ad for our project assignment. We will use our skills to our advantage to complete the project to the highest quality possible but we will also develop and improve our skills to get better at certain job roles. Anya, who is the director and costume designer will use her direction skills to support the rest of the team. Her confidence and leadership skills will be important to support the team and motivate them while they do their work. Also, her costume designing skills will be important as she will have ideas on what the actors will wear when it comes to filming. Laura, who is the location manager and 1st assistant director will use her management skills to manage and support the team.
